You can book your entry tickets online before you visit, or purchase at reception when you arrive. Annual Membership is a great way to save. For the price of less than 3 visits you can visit every day all year.

- Saturdays and Sundays – 9:30am to 5pm
- Christmas Day – 9:30am to 3pm (our only early closing day)
- All other Public Holidays – 9:30am to 5pm

You will need to show proof of your concession eligibility (student card, pension card, etc.) when you visit.
Do children aged 2 or under need membership?
No, they don’t.
Children who are 2 years old (who will be turning 3 during their parent’s membership year) can continue to get free entry after their 3rd birthday, until it is time for their parent to renew their membership. When their parent renews their own membership, they can purchase membership for the 3-year-old.

To make this a private group (not with other people you don’t know), purchase 4 (or more) tickets
- Be ready to do real work, this is not a “pretend” work program
- Even friendly animals can bite and scratch, consider this before booking this experience
- Accompanying friends or family not participating in the program will need to purchase an entry ticket

Bookings for groups or “after 5pm” experiences
Contact us for a quote if you want to book an evening, overnight or early morning ranger-led program, or a private day-time program for individuals or a group. These special programs are subject to availability, prices will be quoted on application, and bookings are essential.
